The Southeastern Pennsylvania Angling Coalition (SEPAC) came into being in mid 2007 when several southeastern Pennsylvania angling and other fisheries conservation organizations realized that the exchange of information could and would improve each individual member's objectives.

To better realize our goals, a mission statement, subject to the approval of each member organization, was drawn up and an organizational structure was established. Membership in SEPAC is open to all qualified organizations located in Pennsylvania's Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. If your organization falls within these parameters, we urge you to join SEPAC
